COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Balanced toward the hoppy end of the spectrum, this straight-foward, California-style pale is eminently sessionable. Crystal and Munich malts provide a backbone to showcase the bright, citrus, piney notes of Cascade, Chinook, and Simcoe hops.

Won a six-pack of cans in a photo contest. drank one and gave the rest away. Just not a fan of the pale ale and especially a boring one.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2015 Hazy golden color with off-white head. Very fresh, hoppy aroma. Pine, grass and dank hops all the way. Taste starts slightly sweet and fruity and gets slightly bitter on the finish. Body is light and quite soft and the carbonation is just right. Aftertaste is slightly bitter and dry, making you take another gulp. Really easy to drink and very refreshing.

Can from Stone in Asagaya. Drank straight from the can. Bitter grapefruit and pine on the nose with a touch of citrus. Unbalanced bitterness on the palate. Bitter finish that lingers. Nothing special really. An average pale ale.

Rating before big guns take it and change it t, that is if they do. But remember Red Hook. Under rated due to style. Seems Like RB folks do not rate pales well unless they are IPAs with a pale label. Mild hop aroma me le malts with a Munich malt background. Mildly bitter, great drinking beer.
