Commercial Description:
A well balanced, full flavored, amber ale. It has a rich, malty body with a pleasant caramel character derived from a specialty Caravienne malt. A complex hop aroma, with a hint of floral and citrus comes from a combination of Cascades and Liberty hops. It has a rich, creamy head with a fine lace. The light fruitiness, characteristic of ales, is derived from a proprietary yeast strain. Saint Arnold Amber Ale is best consumed at 50 - 55° Fahrenheit.

gracias a la Toxic Avenger para la cerveza aqui. Este’ cerveza pours a hazed orange. El head lasts solo uno minuto y no mas. Es no amber, es orange. nose has notes de mango y naranja, must y dust, kettle maiz, and caramel drizzled hops. El sabores es like wet cardboard y oxidación, flat mango, hops cedizo, y meh. Gracias la Toxic Avenger, what an appropriate nombre ahora.

Nice deep gold color. Caramel malt character predominates with some biscuit type flavors too. Well balanced overall.

Bottle shared by Dogbrick. Cloudy orange in color with a medium off-white head. Creamy caramel aroma with hints of toffee and yeast. Creamy caramel flavor that is almost milky with a bitter hop finish.

Slightly cloudy light amber pour into my pub glass didn’t produce any head and minimal lacing. Smells reiminiscent of apricots, sweet a rather nice bouquet. First impression is a light zingy carbonation, and a pretty dominant hop flavor that is just chewy enough to avoild being a light bodied beer. As other have said, a hint of something pepper-y but not a bad complexity. Good for two or three beers, might wear a little bit if I had more.

Yet another bottle from ericandersnavy. Thanks again man! Pours rather copper with very little off-white head. Aroma of light roast caramel and light citrus - with something like pepper. Medium body with creamy/frothy carbonation. There’s a good dose of lighter stone fruit flavors, followed by caramel, with some hot bits towards the end. A good amber.

Draft at Fox and Hound, College Station. Amber with a small lasting head. Aroma is caramel and wood. Taste is similar with some grassy notes and light apple. Light-medium body is tingly and semi-dry.
