The color is deep amber with a light, creamy head. The nose starts off with a touch of citrus but then turns decidedly into peaches. The taste starts off with creamy malt resulting from the pale 2 row and caramel malts and Saint Arnold yeast. The hop bitter starts low then builds to a crescendo, but always maintains a balance even in its big finish. The hop flavor continues to be peaches, an interesting manifestation of the Columbus, Simcoe and Centennial hops. This is the first Divine Reserve that we have filtered. This decision was made to make the hop flavors brighter, plus it would have been a bottling nightmare with all the hop bits in it. This beer is best enjoyed at 45° or even a little warmer. Though the recipe and style indicate this beer to be enjoyed fresh, we expect this beer to develop interestingly over the years.

Sweet hoppy aroma that does contain a lot of peaches like the description says. Pretty color, dark for an IPA with a tiny off-white head. Taste is also peachy after the initial rush of hops, but the peaches really show through in the aftertaste. Good and interesting mixture of hops in this one. Palate is dense for the style. I thought I had tried every kind of IPA, but this one threw me for a loop.

Nice sweet cereal aroma. Pours with a nice golden amber color. Medium carbonation. Sweet biscuit flavor with a nice balance with the hops. This is a wonderful brew!

Pours clear pale amber with two fingers of rocky white head, good retention and lacing. (4/5) Nose is pithy citrus, tropical and stone fruits, mild pine, light caramel malt. (8/10) Taste is moderate sweet, moderate to strong bitter. (7/10) Medium to full body, moderate carbonation, building bitter finish. (4/5) Very pleasant, mild-mannered and well-behaved DIPA. The sweetness is definitely present, but balanced nicely without being overwhelming. The balance extends to the ABV, which is nearly completely absent despite being nearly into the double digits. (15/20)

Rated from an Endeavour bomber. Orange color with a thin off white head. Nose of citrus and stone fruit and candy. If they made a hop flavored Jolly Rancher candy (and I wish they did) it would taste like this. Lots of sweetness with tons of peach, red grapefruit, apricot, and orange marmalade. Nice balance for such a big beer.

Actual DR11 bottle dug out of the back of the fridge. There’s still one back there so next time I should grab an Endeavour bomber to compare against. Still tastes fresh though I believe the aroma has lost some of its intensity. Pine resin and grapefruit with tropical fruit notes.

Bottle from Houston, thanks Jonas. Clear dark golden with a dense head. Aroma and taste of hops, caramel, pineapple, citrus and some grass. On the sweet side and with a pleasant bitter finish. Fresh and nicely drinkable, a tasty beer.

Bottle in Houston. Citrus, earthy and peach aromas. Dark amber. Strong, but not too much alcohol flavor. Nice.
