3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
A black beer with a tiny disappearing head. The aroma has pumpkin, pumpkin pie spices, & dark fruits. The taste is sweet, pumpkin pie in a glass, bready, dark fruits, & slight bitter chocolate. I noticed that if you drink it outside in the cold it really makes it even more enjoyable especially the aroma(as the beer warms up take it outside in the cold -Nice)

Bottle at home and draught > Gingerman. Fantastic smell and palate. Spice hits ya right in the nose so ya really want to dive in and palate is rich and creamy. Spicy flavors dominate throughout the pint which is good and bad. At some point they’re just always there kicking your ass. I think this guy needs to chill a bit. Nevertheless, this is very very solid which is something I haven’t been able to say much about any of the divine reserve beers. Alcohol is hidden completely.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
22oz 2011 vintage bottle thanks to ericandersnavy, thanks Eric! Pours a deep brown/black with no head, carbonation is pretty much gone on this one. Aroma is loads of pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon and nutmeg. Taste is post-Thanksgiving pumpkin pie. The same lusciousness is there with an almost whipped cream creaminess. Sweet, creamy, cinnamon and just enough chocolate/pumpkin. Overall, this is right there with Pumpking in terms of over the top pumpkin beers that hold back no punches and just hit you in the face with "pumpkin beer" Not something I could have more than once a year in a small pour but done well.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle courtesy of thickfreakness. Pours an opaque dark brown with a compact brown head. Aroma really is of nutmeg and pumpkin pie, ginger cookies, cinnamon. Pleasant aroma. Ooh, flavor comes again with the nutmeg and ginger, both in force, then easy dark malts finish it off in polished fashion. Higher carbonation, thicker viscosity. Very different, very wintry. Very nice one-time treat. Overall, excellent.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Courtesy of Ericandersnavy. Thanks! Consumed after Thanksgiving dinner. Nose is grape, vanilla and cinnamon with some definite pumpkin. Blackish in color with some ruby highlights it pours with a reddish tan head that is very fizzy and goes quickly. Grape upfront leads into an awesome dusty chocolate middle finishes with some cherry and pumpkin and more chocolate. Not much in the way of spice, I guess it has faded away over time. The resulting beer is more of a pumpkin barley wine, which is odd but pretty neat I must say. Not overly boozy but the body is a bit thin.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Was on tap at Little Woodrows a few weeks ago. Pours almost opaque in small glass. This is pure heavenly dessert. All sorts of nutmeg and spice, with warming alcohol presence. I don’t rate a lot from this category, but I sure like this concoction.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from my buddy Pete! Dark chocolate combines w/ spices and pumpkin. Extremely boozy/hot. Enjoyable but seems a bit messy and unrefined. Hopefully time will mellow this thing out and blend the rough edges.
