3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Cajun (184) - Lafayette, Louisiana, USA - JUN 9, 2013
Bottle purchased at Hokus Pokus (beer store) - pours deep amber with large white head. I get whiff of floral and citrus but with a hint of sour bread. Tastes like I imagine an IPA should tsste...hoppy. Also not too overpowering hops but a smack finish. Honestly can’t detect bread/malts very much but get some in the after. I was a bit surprised at how much I enjoyed.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Lubiere (8335) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 30, 2013
A ahzed golden IPA with a thin white head. In aroma, biscuit malt over floral hops, faint and smooth. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with smooth floral hops, light citrus notes, decent. On tap at brewery, May 18 2013.

Clear golden with a thin off white head.
Nose is hops, grass, citrus, grapfruit, light pine, touch of caramel.
Taste comprises juicy hops, jammy fruits, citrus, orange pith, bitter grapefruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, hop bitterness in the finish.
Solid enough IPA and worked fine cask conditioned.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20 Crispy34 (177) - Texas, USA - APR 19, 2013
Cask! #200 at da saucer! Aroma is citrus and floral hops. Appearance is a hazy copper with a frothy cream colored head. Taste starts a very dry pine then rolls into a smooth piney hoppiness. Palate is very mild for an unfiltered ipa. Very drinkable. Overall, a good beer. Would session this and end up hammered. Ha!

Poured from 12oz bottle at a work conference, clear dark amber red with a really thin white head, aroma has a little hop kick with a sweetness to it as well, flavor has some fruit on the front end with a bitter finish, really not bad.

Draught. Pours a clear amber color with a moderate white head. Nose is a little hoppy with some floral notes in there. Taste is a little bit bitter, but ends up being quite crisp, yet light.

Traditional ipa through and through. Mildly hazy copper. Light head with good lacing. Noble hop aroma. Earthy goldings and fuggles. Caramel and Munich aromas. Flavor follows the aroma. Lots of Munich malt sweetness. Caramel. Earthy spicy hops.

Golden with a thin head and a hoppy nose. Malty intro with a mildly carbonated, sticky mouthfeel, and a smooth finish with hoppy, lemon, butterscotch notes.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 6/20 Beerenberger (824) - Fischer, Texas, USA - FEB 2, 2013
A musty floral aroma. An amber pour with a rapidly dissipating white head and no lacing. The flavor begins hoppy - notes of pine and citrus - and pretty much stays that way all the way through to the finish. Medium body with fizzy carbonation. Fizzy mouthfeel. Overall, refreshing on a hot day, but not my first choice for an IPA.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Pershing (375) - Garland, Texas, USA - JAN 31, 2013
Hazy orange with lots of visual carbonation that creates a lasting white head. Floral hop aroma that is not over powering. Nice malt and hop balance with medium body on the first drink. Glad to see an American IPA that resembles the original style. Long dry finish.
