A kolsch-style ale. When you need a beer after mowing the lawn, don't drink one of the mass produced beers, reach for this "fancy" lawnmower beer.

From bottle poured into pint glass. Clear, light golden color, with an initial thin white head that dissolves down to almost nothing. Very effervescent from the bottom of the glass. Yeasty and slightly floral aroma. Very smooth feel and is very drinkable. Very balanced taste between malts and hops. Grassy hop notes (probably why its called Lawnmower). Initial hopiness fades quickly but leaves a lingering bite. A great light summer beer that goes down easy and isn’t too heavy.

Aroma is pale malts, beery and slightly perfumed sweetness. The flavor is pale malts, fruit and mostly beery bitterness into the finish.

Light gold pour, decent white head. Nose is lightly kilned malt. Little more bitter than sweet. Middle is bread, soft fruit, sweet malt body. Hop bitterness peaks at the end, but only briefly. Good summer beer.

Pale golden pour. The nose is clean and slightly grainy. Moderate hopping and some late sweetness. Well-named for what it is.

12 oz. Pours clear golden with a ring and a spot of bubbles. Aroma is honey, dry grass, maybe a touch of lemon. Tastes of stale apple, lemon-honey candy with a touch of mint, dried grass and light booze. Light-medium bodied with a medium carbonation and to the sweet side. Surprised to see this was supposed to be a kolsch.

This was a poor attempt to make a craft beer it was so light and watered down that it might as well be a natural light with extra hops. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pour on tap at Black Bottle, clear golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of grain, bread, biscuit, some yeast into a bit of slight grass, touch of earth, slight fruity note into a bit of spice. Taste was a mix of grass, bread, spice, some yeast into a bit of earth, grain, slight biscuit, finishing fairly dry, slightly sweet.
