3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle:   Amber, thin frothy off-white head, spotty lacing.   Faint caramel malt like nose.   Moderate sweetness up front, pale breadiness.   Not sure what about this is Belgian.   Does have a very faint
mustiness to it.   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   As it warms a bit more of the musty Belgian profile comes out.   Minor hop, still with a soft bready background.   Lingering caramal and faint mustiness.   Not
bad, not as Belgian like as I would have liked tho.   Thanks for the bottle Bill!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Clear orange with a white head. The aroma has a lot of biscuit malt, as well as some faint yeast notes. The flavor is similar. There is a good bit of sweetness from the biscuit malt. The flavor is very bready, with a hint of apple and other light fruit. There is also some yeast in the flavor. Medium carbonation and light mouthfeel.
