3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured form bottle into English pint glass. Pours a light golden color with a thick white fluffy head. Slightly hazy but definitely really clear for a hefeweizen. Lots of bubbles coming off the bottom of glass even a few minutes after the original pour. Some lacing on the glass. Aroma is very yeasty with the typical banana esters of hefeweizen yeast strain. More of a bite upfront with the hops and clove but the taste finishes with banana. Light tasting and very drinkable. Finishes cleanly. Great for a long hot summer here in Texas.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle:   Straw, thin white frothy head, little lacing.   Strong mash nose, no real clove or banana.   Seems a little mealy with slight cat urine.   Taste aint much better.   Nothing about this screams Hefe, let alone German.   Average body and mouthfeel.   Finishes like sweet mash.   Is this beer done?   Sweet mealy mash beer, or maybe an overly sweet small beer of some off flavored German Hefe that happens to have no clove or banana.   Not what I was expecting... at all.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Just the sort of interesting experiment I’m always whining that St. Arnold doesn’t do enough of. Wheat, lemon, banana and spices. Hmm, sounds like a tangy banana bread.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
A: Mildly Hazy Golden Straw Hue, Passes Most Light, Very Thin White Head Ring, Almost No Lacing
S: Wheat, Oranges
T: Oranges, Lemons, Mild Wheat
M: Mediocre Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, Mildly Sweet
Overall, a somewhat of a let down as the carbonation was very low and the taste was a little weak.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
This beer pours a hazy bright yellow color with a medium foamy white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing. Aroma of citrus, wheat and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of ripe oranges, pale malt, wheat and hops. The finish is mildly bitter with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

From bottle. Pours a cloudy gold beer, small bubbly white head. Nice floral tangerine nose. Palate is light and semi dry, very modest and mild fine carbonation. Taste follows the nose adding a touch of sherbet. Light peach as well. Smooth semi dry finish. Very tasty but a bit flat.
