Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Beer pours a very clear orange-amber with a thin off-white head and no lacing. Aroma is very sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and some kind pumpkin spices. Taste overall is very subtle with minor hoppiness and quick finish. Very drinkable. Moderate carbonation with very little lingering effect.

What can I say about the Saint Arnold Oktoberfest? They just get better every year, need to enjoy it off tap and have some sauerkraut and bratwurst with it.

12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Pours a clear amber, not much head. Nose is faint malt. Taste is watery malt, with a slight caramel note. Not a lot here. Nothing great, just very average.

Nice, amber cereal malty aroma. Potato masher style bottle, twistoff. Pretty good label. Intense, rusty orange-brown, thinnish white head. Sweet, toasted, light caramel, slightly tinny, very lightly astringent, some grassy notes - anything that sounds iffy in that flavor description was not. Very nice. Woody finish, not all that bitter. Good tailgate beer. Next time, this is going on braised cabbage, though. Market Square Liquors.

Pours a copper color with thin head. Clear. Aroma is malty, slight caramel, roasted. Grass, a bit of crisp hop presence. Smells decent. Taste is nice, starts with toast, a faint sweetness, some yeast, pepper and transitions to notes of crisp, clean hops. A bit thin. Overall, a decent local beer.

Copper pour, faint malt aroma. Molasses and malty sugars. Taste a little water on the start. Not bad at all just nothing stands out

Light in aroma with some lacing. Copper color with a light malty but more carbonated taste. The palate comes off clean. A nice brew but more maltiness would be nice.

Once again, I’m completely let down by Saint Arnold. And I didn’t even have high expectations. Copper pour, head dissapears very swiftly. The aroma is not bad, in fact I kinda like it. Sweet caramel and some hay, wheat. Description says full bodied, that’s a lie. Super watery. Taste is hay and water, not much else. Not a fan.

Not bad a bit thin on the tongue. No aroma. Sweet but thin. The house yeast is rough and dominates the beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Drinking from bottle, so hard to rate appearance. Quite sweet smell and likewise taste, bit too sweet. (Houston 201408)

Pours a copper color with white head. Caramel malts and some grain on the nose; follows onto the palate. Not much else to speak of, not a good example of the style.
