Bocks are particular favorite beer. This one is robust, nice nose and a decent hop bite that lingers.

This is a great bock beer, one of my favorite bocks. The appearance is red with a hazy white head. The taste is malty goodness with just the right amount of citrus hops. It was smooth and a good drink to have after a long day of work. this pairs well with chicken, especially chicken wings!

no bock can even come close to this, probably houston’s best mass distributed seasonal.

This was a hard beer to pin down. Saint Arnold Spring Bock has a thick, creamy, cream-colored head and a bubbly, clear, amber appearance. The aroma is a bit unusual with sweetness, syrup, stinging something, and a dough smell of some sort. Taste is likewise odd, with unsalted cracker, medium-roasted barley malt, bitterness, and lots of alcohol forward in the flavor. Mouthfeel is medium, and Saint Arnold Spring Bock finishes pretty crisp, dry, and refreshing. Even though it’s a weird beer, with slight ale body characteristics, I really am enjoying it, and I suggest you try it. RJT

Bottle. Pours a clear copper golden color with a large frothy off white head. The aroma is a strong malt and caramel. Decent lacing on the glass. The taste is a sweet malt with a bit of spice. Another great brew from Saint Arnold.
