Commercial Description:
An authentic, German-style Bock, celebrating the coming of spring. This strong, deeply flavored lager has been aged to create a smooth, malty taste with a hint of sweetness. A light addition of German hops balances the malt flavor. Saint Arnold Spring Bock is best consumed at 40° Fahrenheit.

Bocks are particular favorite beer. This one is robust, nice nose and a decent hop bite that lingers.

24 IBU. Dry, chalky, slightly sweet with nutty, toffee and molasses tones. Clean and almost light tasting.

Yummy Spring seasonal. Great caramel, malty nose. Head disapates fast. Flavors of roasted caramel, and toasty malt. A bit thin but still yummy..

Good decent head with and amber colored beer. Rich and sweet. Good bock and I might try it colder next time.
