COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A true bohemian-style pilsner. Crisp and refreshing, this beer is perfect for a hot summer day. Saint Arnold Summer Pils has a delicate, sweet malt taste complemented by an abundant hop aroma and flavor. From bottle. Pours medium gold with some white head and mild lacing. Mildly skunky nose. Not bad for a pilsner, but a little doughy for me.

Draft: golden / yellow, little to no carbonation, lacking any head. Aroma is herbal, sweet, malty. Taste lacks hops but still a nice brew. Food Pairing: Calamari.

On tap at the Ranch. Pours clear pale yellow with thin white head. Grass, floral aromas. Unpleasant metallic aftertaste I’ve noticed in other beers from Texas. Mildly sweet. Moderately bitter. Crisp, light body. Better than I expected.
