2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma is honey, caramel, with a bit of peach, decent aroma, but has the look of BMC. Taste is refreshing, very fruity with a slight hop background. Good for a pils.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: NOV 9, 2010 Bottles courtesy of kaggie97 and northernbrews. Pours golden/yellow, with decent white head. Decent aroma of, earthy/grassy hop, lemon, light pils malt, cereal. Flavor much the same, faint lemongrass, cereal, pils malt, well balanced. Could be a little more carbonated other than that, pretty solid offering.

12 oz bottle, thanks Legion242! Pale yellow beer, slightly hazy with a thin white head. Aroma is quite citrusy, lemon, spicy hops, a touch of diacetyl as well. Flavour shows nice malt/hop balance, moderate bitterness, and prominent spicy hops. The diacetyl is quite distracting though. Bready finish.

WOW, For a pilsner this beer tastes friggin great!!! I’ve never tasted a pilsner with so much complexity. Beutiful white head that leaves a little something down the glass...I LOVE Saint Arnold Beers and here’s another to prove why!!

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Large frothy bright white head. Light carbonation. Light crisp aroma with lemons and a bit of wheat and yeast. Little spices in there also. Color is a bright gold. Somewhat weak flavor with more wheat, yeast and spices. Little grassy and bready also. Finish is dsoft and creamy with a slight dryness. A decent pilsner. In fact better than most pilsners.

In the bottle at the Huber Haus IPA beer tasting. A bonus beer from Bill Baburek! Gold in color with a white head that dies quickly. Fizziness is slight. Has decent lacing. A sweetness to the aroma. Not a bad beer. Has a good clean palate. Great finish of a malty tartness. Surprisingly good beer indeed.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Spicy, doughy aroma. Bubbly, crystal clear golden body with a white head that quickly diminished. Moderately malty taste with a hop bite. Has a kind of tongue coating sweetness as well that I found enjoyable. Overall, this is a refreshing, tasty beer that I wouldnt mind drinking after a 100 degree day in Houston.
