Commercial Description:
A true bohemian-style pilsner. Crisp and refreshing, this beer is perfect for a hot summer day. Saint Arnold Summer Pils has a delicate, sweet malt taste complemented by an abundant hop aroma and flavor. This beer is brewed with fine German malt, and a copious quantity of "noble" hops imported from the Czech Republic. Saint Arnold Summer Pils is best consumed at 36° Fahrenheit

Bottle courtesy of lb4lb. Pours yellow with a white head. Smells of crisp dry malt, splashes of pepper, some hints of citrus. Tastes breaddy with some nice pilsner malt touches and an underlying bitterness. Decent.

Bottle. Very carbonated - almost seems like champagne in appearance. Nice foamy head atop a light golden color. Yeasty and fruity smell. Leaves a slightly doughy aftertaste in the mouth. Enjoyable and easy to drink.

Bottle. Pours a nice golden color. Hoppy aroma with thin white head. Not your typical aroma-hoppy taste with a fruity-almost strawberry aftertaste.

Smells like sourdough bread. Pours a nice golden color with a small thin velvetty white head. Wow this is a hoppy ass pilsner. Super sour and crisp hoppy bite starts the flavor. This is "balanced" by some biscuity notes, but the hops dominate this beer fo sho. The finish is dry and crisp with a lemony sourness and residual bready malt sugar that hangs around after the beer is swallowed. A nice pils.

A decent pilsner. Not as much grass and dryness as I’ve come to expect from a Pils, but thats niether here nor there. It looked like a pilsner with its deep gold color, no head head and heavy carbonation. It had almost 0 smell at all. The flavor was good and there was a little of a bite to this, maybe sour even.

Bottle poured a clear pale gold with thin white rim of tiny bubbles. Delicate aroma of corny malts and citrus. Flavor is mildly bitter with slight citrus notes and a dry finish. Pilsners aren’t my favorite but I think this is a good summer session brew.

Nice, simple slight yeasty smell. Good clean taste, and aftertaste, and not as yeasty as the smell. Very subtle sweetness througout. Nicely carbonated. Drinkability good, but I prefer non yeasty pilsners like Scrimshaw.
