COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A true bohemian-style pilsner. Crisp and refreshing, this beer is perfect for a hot summer day. Saint Arnold Summer Pils has a delicate, sweet malt taste complemented by an abundant hop aroma and flavor. This beer is brewed with fine German malt, and a copious quantity of "noble" hops imported from the Czech Republic. Saint Arnold Summer Pils is best consumed at 36° Fahrenheit

Not bad for a blandly flavored pils. A bit of a sweet finish, light aroma, light flavor. This is a lawnmower or "pass to your BMC buddies" beer. Pretty light, drinkable, but nothing exceptional.

Decent for what it is. Faint grain aroma with lager yeastiness. Light golden color with plenty of clarity. Light and watery palate with high carbonation. Flavors were pale malt with an earthy oak hint tasted as the beer warmed a bit. I do agree with the brewery’s recommendation that this is best served cold.

As far as pilsners go, this was pretty solid. I don’t typically love the style but this one had a nice crisp nose of citrus and notes of smooth malt. Flavor was super drinkable, citrus notes but nothing bitter. Smooth malt and crisp finish. I dig it for sure

Bottle @ Greg’s dump, pregaming Trailhead Tuesday. Pours a dark yellow appearance with a white head. Fairly spicy, herbal noble hops in the aroma along with a slightly mineral-like smell. Somewhat sweet flavor. Toasted grains. Herbal hops. A bit chalky. Light fruitiness. Not all that offensive but a bit sweet.

As with most stuff from saint arnold, they took a sort of bland style and made an above average version. Not great, but above average. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear golden color with white head. Cereal grains and not much else on this both on the nose and palate. Finishes fairly clean.

Pours a pale gold with a paper thin head. Aroma of biscuit, mild hops and malt. Taste is light and smooth, biscuit, slight hop bitterness and not much else. Light and simple but that makes for a solid pilsner!

On tap. Pours a nice gold with a foamy white head. It has a light malt aroma with faint hops along with a light malt flavor, a slightly sweet middle, and a crisp finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear gold with lots of visual carbonation in the form of tiny bubbles. The head dissolves fairly quick. Aroma of sweet malt. This beer has a little more body than most pils and is mildly sweet and less dry. Clean crisp finish. Makes for a good session beer.

Pours clear golden with a medium sized white head. Smells of subtle earthy hops and mild sweet grain. Taste is mild sweetness and a crisp bitterness. Light-bodied with a crisp texture and light mouth-carbonation, Saint Arnold Summer Pils finishes with a clean refreshingness.

Light straw in color flavorful crisp and a little bready. Very refreshing and far better than standard lite lawn mower beers.
