Bottle from lb4lb: Black in color, small head, no lacing. Smell is coffee and malt. Taste is coffee with a little bitterness in the aftertaste. Thin and a little watery. Not a bad stout... Thanks Deniz

Stout my ass! A weak Porter at best. Unremarkable in every way. Plain and simply, where’s the flavor? Even at the most basic level it was nondescript.

Dark brownish/black beer with pretty decent head. I can observe that the body appears a bit watery. Very nice aroma! Roasted malts, chocolate, coffee with subtle vanilla. Has an "oak aged" aroma. Wow, the flavor doesn’t exist and the body is pathetic with no bitterness. You know a stout is bad when it just leaves a bad malt taste without delivering any bitterness. Too bad, it looked and smelled yummy...

Dark brown to black in color with a nice head. Malty smell with a medium body. Some maltiness in the taste with a little chocolate as well.

Eh. Just doesn’t do it for me. The body is too thin for a stout IMO. Watery and kinda boring. Pulled a little bit chocolate and coffee flavors from this one. Slightly carbonated and dry. Didn’t expect much from it, and I got what I expected.
