[bottle] Potent malted milk balls aroma. Clear orange-amber under a lasting, lacy, off-white cover. Cherry, white grape, and brown sugar flavour with malted milk and interesting milk chocolate. Light body, medium carbonation, sweet and fruity finish. Does not appear to be a Belgian yeast in here.

Bottle 341ml. Pours clear amber/copper, with almost nothin head-wise. Aroma is of fruits (cherry-like), vanilla, something near wood but not exactly, malt. Strange general aroma, milky. Taste: fruits, some acidity, yeast, malt, lots of sugar. Almost creamy mouthfeel, milky. Not conventionnal. Bizarre beer. Low feeling of the alchool, and very shy hops.

At the 2012 Winter Beer and Wine Winterlude festival. Pours a clear golden yellow with a generous frothy white top. Aroma of apricot citrus and a little bready grain malt. Taste is light grain and citrus flavouring. Well made.

341 ml bottle. Label said it was blonde, although it poured quite light brown/ hazy amber with a thin white head. Smelled of honey and citrus. Tastes slightly like honey, a lot of caramel and citrus. Very little citrus bitterness comes around for the finish. Body is a pleasant oily, medium-high carbonation. Alcohol is not felt, although it is somewhat strong. An easy drinking belgian strong ale, would be just perfect on a hot Summer day.

amber colour, similar to most of their other beers. and the aroma is like a bomb...a butterscotch bomb. Smells like Dairy Queen to me. surprinsingly i like the aroma. it tastes like butterscotch as well and this is where the beer falls apart for me. it is just to sweet and yeasty for me.

341ml bottle. Hazy copper pour with very little tan head. Butterscotch ice cream assaults the nose. Once you get past that there’s a little earthiness and a minty edge. Different, very different. The same flavours transfer onto the palate but in a less pleasant way. There’s a licorice quality added in the finish that throws the whole thing out of whack. Worth the experience but I don’t think I’d drink another bottle.
