750ml.bottle. The color is a dark hazy honey with a thick beige head. The taste at first is very spicy, then you taste the malt and sweet chocolat. It has a nice finish that leaves a good taste in your mouth.

750 mL bottle. Nice packaging. Beer is hazy brown-orange with a nice head that quickly fades to a thick film. Nice lacing, though. Spells like a wit - sweet orange and spice - with the addition of sweetened cocoa powder. Flavour is odd, with the sweetened cocoa powder fighting it out with some vanilla extract for the right to hang out with the spices. A teensy bit cardboardy, and too sweet. Perhaps a little alcohol presence would help this one.

My bottle, thanks to C&K, shared with KW crew. Really sweet aroma - very fruity. Odd, but ok. Reddish pour, small white head. Taste is sweet with vanilla and some spiciness. Odd stuff, I have no idea what this is.

750mL bottle, KW group tasting, not sure who brought this but thanks whoever you are. Pours a dark and hazy red with a medium white head. The aroma is very spicy and sweet, with indistinct fruity esters. A tad yeasty. Flavour is perhaps a bit too sweet, and the spicy aspects are a bit over-powering. Vanilla, cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, they all need some balance and the ample sweet malts just aren’t doing the job. Need some hops. Not horrible though. Lingering sweetness in the aftertaste, body is medium but hard to tell really what with all the spice.

Bouteille 750ml.

A lightly hazed reddish brown ale with a thick lacing light moka head. An interesting gueuzy acidic aroma with cherry notes. In mouth, a good caramel malt with cherry notes, funkyness, infected in a good way. Medium bodied. On tap at St-Bock, March 27 2009.

Bottle - 750ml. Pours a hazy amber body with average carbonation and a thin off-white bubbly head. Good malty/hoppy aroma with caramel and fruity hints. Alcohol is well hidden. Taste, however, is misbalanced and carries some harsh chemical/bitter/sour notes. Ends with a bad dry, sour finish. Considering the outrageous price of 12,49 CAD it is sold for, this is a true disappiontment. Avoid.
