Very pale golden in colour, quickly dissipating white head, no lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet with some caramel, pale malts, cereal and apples. The flavour is very faint, very watery, some pale malts poke through, some expired fizzy apple juice, quite empty feeling. Thin mouthfeel, light body, medium carbonation. Finishes quick and watery. Nothing special with this one.

341ml bottle from La Trappe a Fromage in Gatineau, Quebec. Best before December 2006.
Drank in a Tulip. Clear golden poor with a small white head. Very light ale like. Aromas of cassis and bread thats about it. Very light and dry finish. Creamy acid feel, Lemon zest? The hops are barely there.
