Verre de dégustation, provenant d’un fût, dégusté chaud au Winter Warmer Montréal 2010 (Montréal, QC). Arôme: Forte odeur d’épices avec une pointe de charbon. Apparence: La couleur est noire. Présence d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de coriandre et de clous de Girofle avec une pointe fruitée. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement vineuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Épices en arrière goût. (Rating #3483)

Sampled at Winter Warmer Montreal 2011. Served hot. Dark brown golden with no head. Aroma is alcohol, glue, ginger, coriander, cloves, cumin and rubber. Flavor is Way too much alcohol, glue, ton of spices and a spicy bitter finish. Very weird glue-rubber-alcohol mix of aroma and taste. Medium to full body.

Served hot at Montreal’s winter warmer party. The aroma mixes the clove, syrup and beer very well. The drink has a nice dark amber to black body with no head. Flavour is all clove and barley, with no sweetness at all; a bitter finish. It’s all right, but I wanted some kind of sweetness to go with the flavours and that was missing.

You have to drink ta beer hot... Aroma:Gin,juniper,fruity..... Appearanc amber good head.. Flavor:juniper berries,alcohol... nice...
