COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Saint Florian, the Patron Saint of Firefighters, is now a Northwest IPA . A portion of Saint Florian’s proceeds will go to a Washington State Council of Firefighters benevolent fund. Silver City Brewery has a long standing partnership & tradition of working with our local Firefighters. The Benevolent Fund supports firefighters and their families as well as the general public, in their time of need. Saint Florian IPA, formerly Indianola IPA, uses Washington grown Cascade & Columbus hops that are boldly citrus, floral and piney. What better way to enjoy a truly local handcrafted IPA then knowing you are supporting those that keep us safe. Cheers to you and Cheers to Firefighters everywhere!

Bottle. Pours an amber orange with a beige head and hoppy, sweet citrusy aroma. Taste is bittersweet, nice hoppy, citrus, resin notes with a dry, bItter finish. Nice, drinkable IPA

Cask at Safeco while watching the Mariners win. Clear deep amber. Pine, grapefruit, citrus, caramel. Moderately sweet with resinous bitter finish. Nice.

This one is complex. Before the bitterness quicks in, there’s a sublime sweetness in the malt flavor. Hops are decidedly pine oriented. A good one.

12 oz bottle, served in a cheater pint. Pours bright orange copper with thin white head that laces well. Aroma is deep caramel malt, just a hint of hops stand out against the sweetness. Taste is similar - juicy chewy flavorful caramel malt, with a somewhat sharp hop bite. The hops are aggressively bitter, but not all that flavorful. Some dank pine notes, but that’s about it. Not a bad beer at all, but quite malt driven for a NW IPA.

Bottle. Pours a clear and slightly reddish amber color with a moderate cream-colored head. Nose was pretty light for me with some subtle grass elements to it. Taste has just a touch of sweetness, with a bit of bitterness and a little caramel in there. A delightfully complex beer.

Draught at Kokopelli, Port Angeles
Amber color with creamy head. Hop aroma and some toasted malts. Dryish mouthfeel; something is strange with the malts, but it has a nice fox grape touch; strong bitterness and plenty of hop resins. It has a light unfortunate vegetable touch.
Nice.

This beer was shared with Strykzone on Facebook Chat. Pours an amber color with a creamy off-white head that pillowed and left lots of lacing rings. Nose of of stone fruit and floral hops. Body is medium. Mouth feel smooth . Flavor shows lots of the fruit, mostly nectarine Floral hops and some orange zest. Grapefruit maybe. But maybe not. Some bitterness in the finish. Really classic west coast IPA. Easy drinking. Lots of flavor. Lots to like. .

Bomber from Hayduke that we had together via facebook chat. A big off white head that slowly falls and leaves sticky lacing. A bit of haze in this coppery beer. Citrus and tropical fruit in the aroma are nice. Some caramel. There is all kinds of tropical fruit in here. Pineapple, nectarine, tangerine and mango. Caramel malts with some bread. The fruit reigns here and is very nice. Orange zest and grapefruit. This is sweet and fruity. And very tasty. Good stuff.

Draft to taster Sweet caramel, grapefruit, and some hops. Clear amber with a touch of amber, creamy white head, with nice lacing. Taste is citrus, mostly grapefruit, but with a mix of other sweeter citrus, and it’s quite hoppy.
