2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
cloudy orange brown smooth offwhite head. Looked friendly, but spilled over 10 secs after being opened, so take care. Aroma of grass and ripe fruits, a little like a biere de garde, dry "belgian" yeasty spicyness also there, though,
flavor of caramel, spices, bitter and sweet caramel, very faint floral note.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle, bought @ YNWA, Kolding.
Pours orange amber with a medium, staying, frothy, off-white head. Complex aroma, rather dry, herbal, some vanilla, lots of flowers, grass, freshness. Light caramel base. Medium carbonation, fair lightlish mouthfeel. Flavour is rather sweet, light sugary. There is a lovely herbal touch to it, flowers abound, light vanilla in feel, some coriander sweetness. Quite elegant and lovely. The flowers really add a wonderful feel to the beer. Would have been wonderful, if it was made with a Saison yeast.
