2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
An amber brown color with a good head leaving behind a thin satin canopy. Smells of darkfruit with minerals. Medium nectar with ample effers. This brew is uneventful featuring a lot of not much in terms of flavor. Just mildly sweet cornering darkfruit. Worth drinking but I would not pay for this. Thin around the edges, no mid palate and a boring finish. Why do they even make beer like this?

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle that I picked up at Carrefour, Citi Europe, Calais, 31-10-09 consumed 04-12-09 Pours clear amber with very thin white head. Initially this a little sweet in the mouth with the alcohol very evident and whilst warming its maybe a touch harsh. Some spiciness, bit of fruit seeped in alcohol, touch of caramel another fairly average beer to end a slightly disappointing beer week. A6 A4 F6 P3 Ov12 3.1

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle from Bev Mo: Poured with little to almost no head creation, and what foam did start, it quickly died out to a naked golden honey colored liquid. My nose detects a high presence of alcohol such as that of a bottle of isopropyl with a faint scent of Belgian yeast that contains some spice in its fragrance. The flavor has a strange green tea like flavor and lacks body structure in terms of balance and palate because of the high level of sugary sweetness and the fizzy mouth feel. Nothing else I would like to say about this beer other than the note to self: Don’t buy this ever again.
