750 ml bottle thanks to Brent from redlight redlight. Pours a rosy amber. Pretty fruity nose with hints of bubblegum and warm spices. The flavor is slightly sweet with a bitter finish. Surprisingly dry. This may not be the fairest rating as I have a cold.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, spices, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, spices, alcohol, and malt, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

2012-11-12, bottle at La Fine Mousse, Paris, 6-3-6-3-12=30
Hazy amber color, low carbonation. Better than the last time, but still, the aroma shows some apples (undesired), the flavor is malty and sweetish, with low bitterness and some fruity presence; delicate spices too.
Easy.

2010-01-11, tasting at Papsø’s, 6-3-5-2-11
Hazy amber color. Simple Ale, some sweetish caramel flavor, too much alcohol, some vegetables, light spices. Confused.

TBone (12329) - Pori, FINLAND - DEC 7, 2008
Bottled BBE 03/2010, 75cl flip-top. Clear amber color, no head. Spicey, candy-watermelon-menthol aroma, also slightly cellary. Fizzy carbonation. Crystal sugary malty flavor with light spices and fruity notes. Touch of clove. Typical biere de garde hard mouthfeel and quick finish. These usually taste more like a lager than an ale and this is no exception.

311211: Cloudy brown, a little too sweet. Many will probably liked this beer, it fits well with the food. It is not very exciting.

Bottle [750ml] shared w/ friends at the ’2nd Annual Buffalo Cask Festival’ -- c/o swoopjones. Pours a hazy orange-copper with a spare creamy off-white head. Aroma’s weird, and not in a good way. It’s malty along with yeast and fruit but there’s an oddness to it that I can’t describe that I did not care for. Watery, somewhat sweet flavour of citrus fruit, light spices, caramel and alcohol. Dry, spicy finish. Average bodied. Just O.K.
