Bottle@Home. Citrus, toffee and a hint of raisin in the aroma. Brown colour, beige irregular head, few lace. Sweet, light citric, light bitter, some citrus, hint of toffee, some spices. Light bodied, sticky mouth feel. Easy going, bit too sweet but still nice.

750ml Bottle: Aroma of fruit, apple, and light yeast. Poured amber/copper in color with a small, fizzy, tan head that diminished quickly but lasted around the edges. Cloudy. Very sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Flavor is light to medium sweet. Tastes of malts, caramel, light yeast, light fruit, slight spices, light honey, and a hint of wood. Medium body. Tingly, slightly dry texture. Average to lively carbonation. Sweet, malt, caramel, honey finish.

Bottle: The aroma is fruit (plum and grape) and candi sugar. It pours a hazy, bordering on cloudy, amber with a small off-white head that fades to a thin film. The flavor has lots of grape and plum. There is some faint tartness in the background. The finish has some light caramel and the faintest hint of spice. Light-medium bodied with lively carbonation.

75cl bottle from Auchan, Calais. Chestnut colour with thick off white head. Yeasty, spicey malt aroma, which is great. Candy sugar and dry malt in mouth. Some nice raisiny furit. Quite good hop on the end. Bit of spice. Dry malt fruit is good. One of the better Noel Biere de Garde

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, dark amber colored beer topped by a dense, light beige head of finger-thick size. Fruity and candy-ish aroma with some notes of toffee. Sweet and fruity flavor with some bitterness and a faint caramel touch. Warming, full-bodied and nicely carbonated. A decent beer, not very Christmas-ish in my book, and lacking on complexity. 110826

Bottle, bought @ LIVA, Kolding.
Clear amber with a fine, medium, frothy, white head. Mild caramel aroma, some toasted notes, light earthy. Medium, but kinda prickly carbonation, fine mild creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has good caramel as base, a hint of milky chocolate, a bit of piney and earthy hops. Red apples and a hint of cranberries. Mildly dry in the finish. Fine, elegant beer, even if doesn’t really break new ground.
