Lightly hazy amber beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a fine minerally crispness. Sweet light malts. Sweet floralness. Trace of sweet fruits. Crispy finish. Inoffensive when very cold.

Not bad but it just seems a little bland. Pretty refreshing though. Worth trying for sure.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Gold amber bit of a haze lasting white head. Some light white pepper hop aroma, some citrus, some caramel. Quite light in the mouth, touch of caramel, then some decent white pepper hops. It’s an ok Biere de Garde, Fresh as I got it in March for a Spring beer. I rather liked the light but there hops.

Golden and small stable head. Light sweet of peaches and yellow apple, light malts, fine yeast in the background. Not too exciting, I expected more. Could use lower carbonation and more hop. Especially more hop. It’s spring after all. (Stylish 75cl flip top bottle from Saveur Bière)

Bottle. Poured a hazy copper color with an average white frothy head that lasted and produced good lacing. Moderate yeast and sweet citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium yeast sweet flavor with a smooth citrus sweet finish of average duration. Soft drinkable brew.

750ml swing top bottle shared by a local rater. Mostly hazy golden orange color. Thin slightly off-white head. Just some loose bits of lace. Good orange citrusy hoppy aroma, doughy bread malt in the nose. More malty and peppery in the flavor, with a moderate sweet taste. Medium-plus body, with a smooth, soft lighter carbonation, lightly dry finish. OK bier de garde, not very interesting overall. Smells more promising than it tastes, but still a decent above-average hop for the style.

750 ml flip top bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a clear dark golden color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor have grass, herbal, light citrus, pale malts, light bread, a touch earthy at the finish.

Thanks Chuck! Hazy amber pour with a bubbly white head that fades quickly. Sweet candy like aromas, honey, candied lemon, and hints of yeast. Flavor is similar and kind of flat with a sweet finish. Not terrible, but nothing too complex.

Super flowery beer Herbal, slightly fruity, seems like a high fermentation temp. It is okay.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2015 bottle-conditioned 750ml, marked B237. lightly hazed gold effervescent body with a fine white head of average retention. soft apple and herbal / floral nose with esters of dried kiwi and white grapes and touches of mint leaves and wet thyme. medium body, medium acid, low bitterness, lightly sweet with exceptionally soft carbonation. sweetish toasted malt with light caramel / amber malt accents. farmhouse yeast nose, soft texture, delicious floral hoppiness. with a little yeast mixed in it rises to another level: the juiciness of the hops with the doughiness of the yeast, a little bit of citrus juice and pith, a green / raw / herbal hop character. (4.0)

2015 Batch 385 bottle. Mostly clear pale amber with a lasting white head. Aroma is malty and yeasty, smells of apple butter and honey and pastries and saccharine and dandelion and herbs and flowers and toasted grain. Medium bodied, slick and oily sweet toffee / butterscotch with a vegetable greenness. The texture is strangely gelatinous and gllycerol-like (glycerolic?). Sweet and boring. 3.3
