Super flowery beer Herbal, slightly fruity, seems like a high fermentation temp. It is okay.

3fourths (6958) - Vilnius, LITHUANIA - AUG 5, 2012
UPDATED: AUG 9, 2012 bottle-conditioned 750ml, marked B237. lightly hazed gold effervescent body with a fine white head of average retention. soft apple and herbal / floral nose with esters of dried kiwi and white grapes and touches of mint leaves and wet thyme. medium body, medium acid, low bitterness, lightly sweet with exceptionally soft carbonation. sweetish toasted malt with light caramel / amber malt accents. captivating farmhouse yeast nose, enjoyably soft texture, enticing and delicious floral hoppiness. with a little yeast mixed in it rises to another level: the juiciness of the hops with the doughiness of the yeast, a little bit of citrus juice and pith, a green / raw / herbal hop character (though mild), this is tremendously drinkable and grows more delicious with every sip.
