Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, coriander, spicy, fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, flowers, spicy - coriander. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120331]

Bottle 75 cl. Clear golden with a lacing white head. Sweet flowery hop aroma. Medium body, sweet malts, heavily fruity with quite some yeast. A little dry and dusty hops in the finish. A bit too yeasty for my liking. 310312

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, December 2010. Pours clear copper with a small white head and lacings. Nose is earth and yeast. Flavor is caramel, earth and spices. Medium bodied. Sweet with a bit of alcohol.

Pours clear light pale copper with a small, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light estery. Highish carbonation, fine fat and light oily mouthfeel. Flavour is swet, malty, light fruity, red apples. Long lingering flowery bitter hops finish. Kinda simplistic if well-made.
