330 ml bottle. Cloudy yellow color, frothy head. Lemony aroma. Somewhat musty flavor, with plenty of citric notes, quick finish. Uninteresting.

hazy yellow with medium white foamy head. a bit sour lemony and yeasty flavor. hops lemon and yeast in aroma. a bit too much carbonation, but waiting a while for it to settle it gets better.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
UPDATED: AUG 23, 2008 Page 24 Blanche is light yellow beer with full white head. Wheat, lemon and spices is found in the aroma and impression is very fresh. Flavour is witbier-like with lemon bitterness. Easy to drink but not watery with lot of carbonation. Spicies makes aromas more interesting but flavour is little too "balanced" and there are too much lemon. Anyway, very refreshing beer; summer-beer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Stupendous very fine & dense, collapsing snowwhite ehad over greenish-yellow beer. Very strong nose of CO², toasted malts & spices upon opening; wheat, citrus & slightly lactic. Very spicy, dry with a little point of vanilla, quite some citruspeel and mustard- or horseradish powder, dried ginger, even a bit of cinnamon and saltiness. Coté citrus, it reminds me of lime, further starfruit and laurel. Spritzy, quite saturated MF, light but not empty, slick texture. OK wheat.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: MAR 14, 2009 Hazy lemony yellow, big pale head. Nose is full with fruit nectar and soft oranges. Flavor very smooth and fruity. Medium bodied with strong carbonation. Not that witbier-like, but pleasant and easily drinkable. ( 6 3 7 4 14)
Rerate: Simple wheaty witbier, strong yeastiness, ripe bananas, hint of oranges and alcohol. Dull, a tad cellary yeasty finish. Not that citrusy and not very exciting either.

Bottle 0.33 l. Cloudy yellowy beige. Thick, pretty much opaque with a fresh orange juice kind of head. Strangely orange juicy nose too with fresh vegetables, bell pepper, the mentioned cucumber maybe and lot’s of herbal spices. Flavor is initially sweet with spicy and even a little bit bitter finnish. Big flavor. Smooth and thick mouthfeel with a lot of buttery yeast. Very unlike any witbier I’ve had before, more like (litterally) spiced up german hefeweizen. And a pretty good one too.

Bottled and shared with FatPhil. A really boring version of some better witbeers, which are not my favourite to begin with. Aroma of cucumber and something I can’t define. Too bubbly to bring out any taste. Looks like Fanta. What more can I say?

Sweet malty aroma. Fizzy in the mouth. Full light malt taste, slight zingyness, slightly orange. A bit buttery too.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy pale yellow, rich airy head. Aroma of butter and vanilla. Medium sweet with refreshing notes of orange. No bitterness. A witbier with more rereshing qualities than character.
