Brilliant pale yellow, white head, tiny carb bubbles, lasts awhile. Awesome aroma, should make perfume like his. Perfume like citrus in the nose, lemon zest, tangerine, faint spice, pils malt, light dusty yeast, chamomile? Absolutely love their yeast. Flavor very clean, light dough, cracker, pils malt, light fruit esters. Highly quaffable. Very well attenuated, medium mouthfeel. Thanks again Ryan!

Actually, a very well made Witbier, far better than the ratings suggest. Very well conditioned as St Germain seems to have that down to a science. Nice bready malts, not over spiced, but the citrus peal and coriander are well represented. Dusty yeast with plenty of hay and cobwebs.

33 cl botle. Poured pale yellow with a frothy white head. Aroma mostly yeast and coriander. Flavor is orange peel, more coriander and yeast. yeasty finish, quite dry finish. Very refreshing witbier, made me longing for another one.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: The aroma has a nice light-moderate banana and citrus component as well as lemon zest and faint pepper. It pours a hazy (bordering on cloudy...actually very cloudy during the final pour) bright yellow with some very fine sediment. It has a half inch white head that last thirty seconds or so before fading to a thin ring around the edge of the glass. The flavor starts with light to moderate banana and slightly lighter citrus. The finish has some light lemon zest/lemon grass with a touch of dusty pepper. Light-medium bodied with soft carbonation. I really dig the aroma, but I’m rarely a fan of lemon grass, and that detracts a little in the flavor and overall scores. Sure, there are better Belgian Whites, but the low score on this is pretty shocking.

750ml bottle. Wow... no love for this one? Pours just like a Wit should, slightly hazy light yellowish gold with a nice creamy white wispy froth on top. Aroma is slightly tar t and sour, mild coriander, light yeast. Flavor follows aroma, nice and light and quite well balanced, not overly spiced which can be very annoying, lightly tart and sour, light citrus, hint of fruit from the yeast, finishing with coriander. Dry, crisp, light and delicate, just like a Wit should be. I could see how this would be very boring is poured really cold... too delicate for that temperature. Perfect body for a Wit, crisp and light, super refreshing, lightly chalky with lively fizzy carbonation.

750ml bottle, rated 10/6/09. Pale clear yellow with a big fizzy head. Smells light, pleasant, and a bit sweet, with lemon peels and noble hops. Tastes like coriander and lemon peel, with a slightly bitter citrus hop finish. Very well balanced.

Very, very pale straw coloured beer with a thin white head. The nose is lightly spicy with a nice soft pils malt base. Lightly spicy with a little bit of light grassiness. Slightly fruity as well. Light-bodied but has a lot of flavour. Pretty solid.
