Flowery bouquet, nice golden color, very well balanced beer. A little sweet for me, but very nice overall and certainly worth a try. The label is slightly messily organized, with a surfeit of fonts, award medals and various other information loosely thrown on.

Bue en bouteille de 75cl à la brasserie, couleur blonde, mousse présente mais déliquescente, effervescence moyenne, un nez très fort sur la levure, en bouche attaque levuré mais pointe maltée agréable en seconde bouche continuité sur la poire.

This pours a golden brown body filled with floaters (the brew date is not on the bottle) topped by a slender bubbly head. The aroma is floral with a light nutty sweetness. The taste is nutty and bready with a drip of honey, a floral bitterness, a soft tartness, and a touch of alcohol heat. The finish is dry and moderately bitter. I can see drinking this ale occasionally.

Clear orange beer with white dense head. Aroma has Belgian yeast, slight tartness and honey. Flavor has Belgian yeast, herbs, flowers, apricot and honey. Palate is quite thick with heavy carbonation. Finish has medium bitterness. Aftertaste has alcohol, honey, herbs and yeast. Kind of like saison without the crispy refreshing characters. Pouring in the yeast makes the beer murky and even less refreshing.

A vibrant beer that is more than the sum of its parts. Lightly bready, some mild herbal qualities and a touch of citrusy zing that imparts a light juiciness. A fine summer day drinker. Light yet compelling. Drinks below its abv weight.

Bottle, 33cL. Home. A hazy opaque brown orange beer with a medium white head. Medium persistence. Aroma of bread, herbs, sugary fruits. Medium sugary sweet, light to medium bitter. Medium body, silky texture, medium carbonation, sweet finish with a warming note. Overall, nice yeasty aroma, bittersweet, pleasant palate.
