Slight gushing to huge, very dense white head, over chromate yellow beer, lively carbonated. Grassy, herbal at first, CO² and malt-determined nose, pretty fresh-smelling. In the taste however, oxydized malts and cookies, as "Petit Beurre" dominate, the hops being conspiciously absent. Flavourprofile gets a bit earthy, after a while. MF is also very influenced by the heavy carbonation; quite slick. Average at best. Thanks to fonefan!

750 ml swing top bottle. A lightly hazy medium golden beer with an average sized, frothy, mostly diminishing white head. Interesting and very balanced aroma, moderately malty, lightly to moderately hoppy and lightly yeasty. There are notes of biscuits, bread, grass, honey, spices (mainly pepper) and lemon. The flavour is moderately sweet, lighty sour, lightly bitter. Very bready, almost chewy. Nice spicey hints, clean. Medium body, lively carbonation, long finish with medium bitterness, lightly alcoholic. Very enjoyable.

Nose was quite farmy, barnyardy accents. Spicyness and hops are sensed. Pours hazy gold, with a large foamy head. lots of funk coming from the nose. Most notable character besides the complex spicy taste was the really dry finish. A good light beer that with notes of banana, spices, and a nice subtle tartness. Probably would pair with fish or a desert.

Damn. Nose is honey, bready, cracker malts, dusty yeast, light golden fruits. Taste is lightly sweet, lightly bitter, with fruity, peppery, and dusty yeast, a good dose of honey, very floral hops, and golden raisins. Medium body is moderately carbonated and silky. Awesome, awesome beer. Thanks for the recommendation TAR!

Bottle, thanks to ryan! Slightly cloudy amber with a thin head and a little bit of lacing. Smells great, with sweet raspberries, yeast and grass. Tasty, with a great yeasty barnyard flavor, and a nice bitter hoppy finish.
