It’s a bit too sweet for my taste, but I clearly recognize this as a remarkable blonde. Pours with a think resilient white head and a golden body. Give it a whiff and you’ll likely find it florally and fruity, with somewhat of a grassy nose. It’s one of the sweeter ales I’ve tried recently and, after drinking half of the 75cl bottle, I grew somewhat averse its sweetness. The citrus and honey flavors seem to dominate the taste. For me, the taste is saved by a distinctly bitter finish.
