Flaska från Saveur Bieré. Smak och doft av humle, citrus, aprikos, jäst, örter med toner av honung. Lätt sötma och kropp, fruktig men lite blek, fin örtig beska som avrundar det hela.

Bottle at THT. Slight hazy golden with short lasting big white head. Banana, white pepper, quite some herbs, orange peel, syrupy, sweet grains, honey. Quite sweet with yeasty bitter finish. Over medium bodied with fine prickly carbonation. Quite good, just a bit too sweet for me.

Golden beer with medium white head. Aroma is pleasant: complicated, slightly sour, citrus and some grass and pine needles are found. Flavour is quite similar than aroma, anyway flavour is quite dry and some spicyness and slightly musty in the end. Quite easy to drink but still even slightly oily meaning that nice beer to drink. Page 24 Blonde Réserve Hildegarde is refreshing beer with complicated aroma and flavour; interesting summer-beer.

33cl bottle. Pours a hale golden orange, with a good-sized, clean, white head. Aroma is orange, grapes, slightly vinous, fermented fruit, peach. Taste is semi-dry. Quite spicy, fermented fruit, some peach, quite a bit of spicy and flowery hoppiness. Fairly light with decent carbonation. Good, reliable, stable, if not very remarkable.

750 ml bottle. Hazy golden colour. Meidum-sized white head. Floral hops and wheaty. High carbonation level. Nice and mellow malt flavours with a strong wheaty note. Initially it feels a little like a witbier, but this beer is definitely stronger, and the yeast is slightly more characterful. More esters and more fruity. Spicy, from hops and yeast. Finish is dry and bitter. Very nice.

Bottle from Ryan. Gold, white head, tiny carb bubbles. Doughy bread up front, toasted malt, yeasty, dusty, light floral, light honey. Flavor on par. Yeast character comes through a tad more in the flavor, tiny bit of residuel sweetness, peppery finish. Medium mouthfeel, fades to silky smooth mouthfeel. Very well done.
