I have to say this is one of the most balanced beers i have tasted.

This beer is really nice. Good blend of malts, lotsof fruits, bright herbal hops. A great beer.

Clear golden colour with a small white head.
Yeast, mild herbs and malt in the quite mild aroma.
Malt, yeast, mild hops and something burned in the flavour.
Quite boring.

Bottle 33 cl @ HBF 2013. Pours hazy golden with medium bubbly head. Very interesting taste complex with bitter and sour notes. Also some citrus, honey and hay notes. Good taste. Slight honey in finish.

Bottle 33 cl, BBE 17.7.2014. Pours pale amber in color with a small bubbly white head. Light earthy notes and some nuttyness in aroma. Flavor has same nuttyness with some light bitter grassy notes. Nutty and some cellar notes in aftertaste.

Pours clear orange with a smooth head. Aroma of floral hops, grass, malts and spices. Taste is smooth, fruity, floral and grassy with notes of spices. Finish is spicy and hoppy. Okay, quite easy going.

75 cl swingtop bottle. Cloudy orange yellow, foamy white head slowly settles and lingers. Aroma is yeasty and fruity. Spritzy and bitter, odd earthy yeasty taste, semi sweet fruitiness, mild malts and spice. Lively carbonation, light-medium bodied, low hopped. This brew is kinda funked up, I’m not digging the barnyard thing. Slightly acidic and vionous towards the finish. Pass. NFL (Not For Lagerboys)

Blonde à la robe paille. Cette réserve Hildegarde m’a agréablement surpris. Des aromes de fleurs, de resineux, de miel qui une fois en bouche s’accentuent sur la sève et le caramel. U e très légère amertume qui vient nuancer son coté trop sucré. Malgré ce point négatif, elle est bien ronde et equilibrée.
Très bonne biere de garde.

Bottle at home, february 7th 2013. Deep golden body, big white head. Aroma of orange peels, grain, caramel, spicy yeast. Thick body, taste is malty, with hay, leather, alcohol, good mouthfeel, medium bitterness, and a sweet and warm aftertaste.
