On the nose alot of fruitynes from the yeast, as well as an big yeast component Its very style correct if you will, with a rich taste and a firm bitternes. Not bad, not good, just on the avarage side. But life is to short to drink avarage beer....

Pale yellow pour with a white head. Cereal aroma with light nutty notes. Very heavy cereal flavor with lots of honey. Sweet and syrupy. A bit heavy for me.

Bottled. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is apple, spices and some earthy notes. Flavour is very much the same along with slightly more fruityness and also wood. Gets better when warming up a bit.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruit - leaing on being over ripe, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, over ripe fruits, and alcohol, leadng to a dry finish.

Pours hazy yellow golden with white frothy head. Aroma is like a Belgian blonde (the beer) fresh and spicy, clove and flowers. Flavor is lightly bitter. It is light to medium bodied. Had it with shrimps with lemon and mayonnaise on white bread. A good match which adds a decimal to the overall impression.

0.75 L bottle from Vinmonopolet. A coarse, fluffy white head upon a misty, yellow-golden body. Fruity yeast with notes of bubble-gum up front, followed by a scent of mild spices and a semi-dry maltiness. Taste has a medium full malt body, fairly dry, with some distinct, quite sharp fruit flavors, and tones of mild spices. Light-bodied considering the abv. Sharp, light astringent mouthfeel. Dryish-sweet fruity ending. Hard to get hold on this one, but overall a drinkable blond ale.

Bottle 330ml.
Clear medium orange color with many tinmy sized body particles, a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, orange, fruity, glue. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, peppery finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091114]
