(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 11 Octobre 2014, courtesy of rosenbergh, 20140315) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness and mildly Belgian style yeast. Flavours were fruitiness, spices, malts, grass and bitterness. Afteraste was fruity, malty and bitter. Not bad but a bit musty.

This pours a golden brown body filled with floaters (the brew date is not on the bottle) topped by a slender bubbly head. The aroma is floral with a light nutty sweetness. The taste is nutty and bready with a drip of honey, a floral bitterness, a soft tartness, and a touch of alcohol heat. The finish is dry and moderately bitter. I can see drinking this ale occasionally.

DWF; Bottle 0,75L with flip top. Pours hazy golden with a moderate frothy, lasting and lacing off-white head. Aroma is heavy yeast, moderate malt and caramel, perfumed, light sour milk and spice. Taste is moderate sweet and light bitter with a somewhat lasting and light warming finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Interesting.
