Hazy orange brown pour with a thick white head. Sweet citrus, brown sugar and musty aroma. Smooth sweet, slightly fruity with just of a hop bite. Very good.

Bottled in France. Cloudy yellow, nice white head. Aroma is yeasty and fruity some hops and sweetness hints. Flavor is good, like the aroma. mouthfeel is quite dry but a long sweetness sensation... good one..

Bottle courtesy of bu11zeye. Cloudy peach coloring. Smells of sweet breading, light fruit smells. Spicy notes round things out. Taste is fruit with dry kumquat. Spices feel earthy and grassy. Very good, however with an increasingly dry finish.

75cl bottle. Pours golden with a creamy head. Good lacing. Herbal hoppy aroma, good choice of hops. Strong malty backbone. Good balance, good complexity, perfect carbonation and texture. Very good beer.

Cloudy yellow, light white head. Very yeasty and fruity on the nose with some caramel and floral hops. Flavor is very nice. Sweet, tart and lightly bitter on the finish. Good yeasty notes and some nice light fruit. Good stuff.

Hazy orange color. Head is white and bautifully lacy. Aroma is sour, apple-like, tart, flowery hoppy and slightly citric with some berries. Sour but still some kind of sweet apple-like, fruity and yeasty flavor is also spicy. Aftertaste is dry and slightly bitter with flowery hoppyness. Medium-bodied, smoothly carbonated palate is slightly alcoholic.

Aroma has soapy citrus, some grassy hops, herbal notes and fruits. Flavour is fruity with yeasty notes, honey, some grass and spices. Refreshing and fryuity – a positive surprise, one of the best Bière de Gardes I’ve had.

750mL bottle, pours hazy golden yellow with a big white head. Aroma of champagne yeast, orange zest, barnyard funk and spices. Flavour of spices, lots of yeast, pepper and a champagne-like quality.

On tap at La Fine Mousse. Hazy orange with medium head. Nose : fruit notes like apricot and orange. Hay and straw. Yeast. Sip : creamy with tingling carbonation. Moderately sweet with fruity flavours. Aftertaste moderately bitter and yeasty. Good thirst quencher.

Golden color, clean, with generous head. It has a nice malt aroma, with light fruitiness, and somehow sweet, but also an unexpected touch of wood or smoke; more like an American version of Belgian Ales than else. Semi sweet flavor, with nice malt, and a delicate fruity touch that blends in very well; good bitterness level too.
Easy, and yet quite pleasant.
