Bought this at the La Cave à Bulles in Paris. Pours a hazy yellow/amber color. Aromas of sweet malt. Flavor of sweet malt(honey), alcohol tastes bigger than 7.9%. Dry finish and aftertaste.

Bottle at LCRBM 2009, Kulminator, Antwerp Lightly hazy, blond body. Aroma of hops, honey, and some malts. Moderately bitter, lightly sweet flavour. Quite nice, well balanced and ok complexity.

Bottle 75cl. w. swing top @ LCRBM09 - Low Countries RateBeer Meeting V, Kulminator, Antwerpen, Belgium. Light unclear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, peppery, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, peppery. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090905]

A Mes rate. Bottle at LCRBM #5. Hazy gold with a thin white head. Aroma is that of a fairly dull blonde with lots of alcohol showing. The flavour is a little better. Good fruity malt, just nice and fruity all round. Alcohol is again, fairly obvious but not as harsh as in the aroma. Sweet finish. So so.

750 ml swing top bottle. A hazy medium to dark golden beer with a medium sized, lacing, mostly diminishing white head. The aroma has an average maltiness and hoppimess and is lightly yeasty with notes of orange, lemon, alcohol some spices. The flavour is moderately to heavuly sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Rather sweet and sugary with a good fruitiness. Medium body, lively carbonation, quite long finish with almost medium bitterness, moderately alcoholic. Rather well made, nice appearence, some good flavours.

Bottle at LCRBM5. Picked up in Carrefour in Calais. Hazy gold, thin white head. Quite strong in alcohol, but quite good on the hops. Decent bite. It’s got some orangey citrus sting. Aroma isn’t great but the rest is fine. Pretty good and very dry on finish.

Sampled at LCRBM09. Nice golden orange color. Sweetish cereal nose with tinges of alcohol fusels. Lightly sweet taste, medium bitterness. Bit soft and flat on the tongue. A touch boozy but not unpleasantly so. Drinkable enough to be dangerous.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2010 [9/5/09] Bottle sample during LCRBM at Kulminator in Antwerp. Hazy yellow-golden with a white head. Aroma of fruits, hops, a bit of pale malt and some alcohol. Sweet flavor with some malt, a bit of sugar and fruits, and a dry herbal finish. Medium-bodied.
