Pours a lively golden yellow with a nose of straw, hay, and a touch of lemony biscuit. Flavor is straw, light bread with lemon grass, and a hint of barnyard dust. Tingly on the tongue. Not bad at all.

very nice treat on manhattan sails with brooklyn brewery tours. this was light in comparison to other beers of this style and had a fruity flavor

From a 750ml bottle, pours a hazy straw like colour with a thin white head. Not too much aroma, grass, wheat, vanilla. Chewy mouth feel with a quick bitter to sweet finish.

Hazy yellow/golden coloured, medium sized creamy white head, pleasant light fruity/spicy nose. Moderate malty, quite fruity and light herbal with touch of spices near the end. Slightly watery but pretty good beer.

15/08 0.75 l bottle from a Coop in Gradisca d’Isonzo! It poured hazy golden body with medium sized head. Chalky, stone poweder and some fruity citrus malty aroma. Quite dry flavor, herbal mostly, a bit creamy on palate, with shorter sweet orange finish. A bit weak but quite fine one.

Poured a misty golden body with a thick white head that went away at a medium pace. Grapefruity sweet nose, slightly dusty and nice. Grainy taste, nice and soft, slightly bubblegummy and creamy. Nice, only marred by some light carrot.

Koelsch molto pulita, buon taglio secco di luppolo non freschissimo ma ben strutturata; si lascia bere senza gridare al miracolo.
