Pours unclear blonde. No head. Smell is weak. Taste is bit sweet. Some malts in the back. Some lemonish-notes, bit of coriander as well. Very weak....

Lekker biertje, nog nooit van gehoord maar in de brouwerij zelf gedronken en het heeft me zeker niet teleurgesteld.

A commissioned ’tarwedubbel’ with a yellowish, thin but stable head and yellowish peach-blonde colour, cloudy; aroma spicy and fruity, a typical Wallonian take on the Belgian wheat theme, with impressions of pineapple, melon, wheat, lemon peel, aniseed, mint, orange, coriander; taste starts softly fruity with a fresh citrussy acidity, in the middle smoothly malty with a honey- and caramel-like main character, wheaty, aftertaste gently sourish and thirst-quenching with a mild and subtle hoppy bitterness as expected in a tarwedubbel, also a short hint of warming alcohol. In the end not bad, but not sure if this is still in production.

33cl, BB 11-2011, huge gusher, lost 1/2 upon opening. Dorée, brumeuse, mousse blanche, bulles type champagne disparaissant vite. Arôme est sympa, mais fort sucré, signe de bcp trop de sucre résiduel, expliquant les problèmes à l’ouverture. Note de pelure d’orange. Bière est bien sucrée, aspect fermenté avec un beau profile aromatiques Côté sucré, caramel, sucre brun avec une pointe de noisette sur la fin, aussi à note pelure orange.

Hazy yellow blond coloured beer with little to no carbonation and a small white head. Fruity citrus touched aroma. Medium to full fruity palate. FInish is bittery yeasty, light coriander herby hinted. Medium white beer.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. An almost clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head. Slightly sourish on the nose, with citrus, nice fruity hops and some malts. Fruity falvor with some spices. Citrus and bitterness. Smooth, but a bit papery mouthfeel, full-bodied, nicely carbonated and with a little alcohol burn. Bitter, fruity finish. A quite nice one, but not top notch. 091024

Bottle 330ml.
Light unclear light to medium orange color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, spicy, coriander, vinegar notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091024]

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a medium-sized, not very persistent frothy white head. Sweet malty, slightly wheaty and moderately citrus-fruity aroma with a tinge of barnyard and present notes of coriander. Sweet and moderately sour flavour, pretty slim bodied for 7.0% abv, slightly sparkling carbonation. Light to moderate wheat-character with citric and yeasty notes and moderate coriander spice; dry and moderately fruity finish with spicy notes; the alcohol is well-hidden. I expected a kind of Witbier-bock, but received a pretty rounded, slim but nevertheless tasty and refreshing Wit. 17.I.10

Bottle, 7%. Good fruity aroma, smells nicely sweet. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is nicely sweet, quite flowery from the hops. Some clove. Refreshing.
