Almost clear yellow color with medium white head. Aroma yeast, bit citrus. Light to medium body. Taste is not of a typical witbier, a bit of coreander, malts, spice (little pepper) bit bitter and spice end. Not bad.

33cl, BB 11-2011, huge gusher, lost 1/2 upon opening.
Dorée, brumeuse, mousse blanche, bulles type champagne disparaissant vite.
Arôme est sympa, mais fort sucré, signe de bcp trop de sucre résiduel, expliquant les problèmes à l’ouverture. Note de pelure d’orange.
Bière est bien sucrée, aspect fermenté avec un beau profile aromatiques Côté sucré, caramel, sucre brun avec une pointe de noisette sur la fin, aussi à note pelure orange.

Cloudy golden with a tiny white head. Aroma had brett, loads of coriander and wheat. Flavour had wheat, brett and coriander notes. finished dry.

Light unclear light to medium orange color with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, spicy, coriander, vinegar notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091024]

Bottle, 7%. Good fruity aroma, smells nicely sweet. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is nicely sweet, quite flowery from the hops. Some clove. Refreshing.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. An almost clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head. Slightly sourish on the nose, with citrus, nice fruity hops and some malts. Fruity falvor with some spices. Citrus and bitterness. Smooth, but a bit papery mouthfeel, full-bodied, nicely carbonated and with a little alcohol burn. Bitter, fruity finish. A quite nice one, but not top notch. 091024

Bottle. Golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is yeast, citrus, fruit, malt. flavour is dry, yeast, fruit, alcohol, citrus, malt. full body. Easy drinkable nice beer.
