UPDATED: FEB 23, 2009 Bottled. Reddish amber. Aroma of dusty red berries and crystal malt. Dryisk with clean mouthfeel. Most flavours are restrained. There’s very light caramel, vague yeast character and some more obvious honey. No bitterness. A little bit too subtle, and lacking the malt structure to make it really enjoyable.

Light brown colored, strongly cloudy appearance. Little white head, Yeasty, somehow grainy aroma with sweet fruits, mild spices and lemon also there. Medium bodied. Flavor is also yeasty with midl spices, caramel and lemony fruits. Drying end with also crispy carbonation. Basic Belgian.

From bottle at 12de Vilvordia BierProefFestival. Hazyish copper colour with a rather small head. Malty, even vinous aroma. Sweet honey flavours, some spiciness (the thyme?), caramel and a good dry toffee finish. Made with honey and thyme but neither is overpowering. A good effort.

Unattractive hazy mud-coloured beer with a fluffy white head. Faint yeast aroma. Sweet, wheaty taste with some alcohol. A dry finish. Fair but not outstanding.

Im a big fan of this brewery from what iv had so far, although all beers iv had have been out of date. Aroma is sweet candy sugar, fruity yeastyness. Taste is again really fruity pineapple peach plums and alround goodness.

A Sim rate (ZBF): Very very standard. Aroma is nearly non-existent with slight apricot. Cloudy amber appearance. Muted weiss mixed with amber flavour and some more slight apricot.

SHIG (2530) - Osan, SOUTH KOREA - FEB 11, 2007
Bottle: Poured a hazy brown in color with foamy white head. The smell was of spices and sweet hops. The flavor was roasted malt blend and a dry hoppy zing.
