Ingrédients : Eau de source, malts pales et ambrés, houblons aromatiques, miel et levure. Palais : Bon équilibre de douceur moelleuse bien soutenue par l’amertume du houblon. A hazy orange beer with a fine dense head. The aroma is sweet of honey and malt. The flavor is sweet honey with notes of coriander and hops before a dry spicy end sets in.

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, pretty amber with a dense, sticky head. Rather discreet nose - perhaps a vague scent of honey and malt. Contains a nice - but never cloying - caramel-like sweetness and a subdued almost soft bitterness. A decent brew but not quite as refined as the other Saint-Monons I’ve tried. 080200

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, foamy mediumsized head. Aroma of skunky barnyard as well as cardboard and some sweet fruits. Quite dry, maybe a bit honey in flavour. Some frutis in the flavour too. Long dry grassy caramellish aftertaste. Alcohol is wellhidden in this one.

Wonderful orange-amber color, giant head, nice perlage. Strong cork aroma. Cork again in the taste; it has a particular character that reminds me some craft Belgian ales of 10 years ago; nice honey backfeeling, without exceeding in a high sweetness.

Bottle from Dranken Geers. Hazy gold/orange with thin beige head. Yep, some honey gives it some sweetness, but I quite like it. Actually its a bit like a tripel, something like Dulle Teve, but not as good. Bit sweet and a bit of puke flavour develops. I scored it down as I drank more of it.
