3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled@HBF2013. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild glue and some buttery and herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, toffeeish and also has a bunch of gluelike sweetness to it. Quite nice aroma, but the flavour quite much gets ruined by the gluelike notes.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Beautiful labels from this brewery. This one was labeled: Bernache bière Picardie:
Beautiful medium sized, vast cloud ish creamy foamy fluffy snow white head, disappears slow, on top of a hazy murky orange colored beer.
Smell hops, vanilla, flowers, garbage/waste, citrus, cabbage/vegetables, creamy malts, herbs and yeast.
Taste is a mix of hops, lemon, bitter, vegetables, citrus, pine, grapefruit, cardboard, malts, flowers, bitter, herbs/spices, floral, light crispy.
Aftertaste of some sour and bitter fruit, some hops, yeast, floral and herbs.
Low carbo, creamy light blown mouthfeel, medium body and a creamy texture.
Ok beer, bit out of tune or strange, but it’s not bad!

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of spices, alcohol, and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, dusty hops, and peaches, leading to an alcoholic finish, that leaves a burn on the tongue. Thanks yespr for sharing.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from Cave à Bulles, Paris. Golden colour, big off-white head. Spicy and fruity hop aroma as well as some yeastiness. Very nice, spicy rye bread and peppery flavours balanced by solid bitterness. Some cellar character as well as hints of biere de garde earthiness. Full-bodied. Highly recommended.
