Bottle from Cave à Bulles, Paris. Golden colour, big off-white head. Spicy and fruity hop aroma as well as some yeastiness. Very nice, spicy rye bread and peppery flavours balanced by solid bitterness. Some cellar character as well as hints of biere de garde earthiness. Full-bodied. Highly recommended.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours dark gold with a small white foam head.
Earthy, bready and spicy notes.
Fizzy, lack of smoothinees then carbonation disappear.
Hot alcoholic flavour hide other aromas which finally shows a basic flavoury blonde ale.
