750ml bottle: pours a mostly clear effervescent bronze with a stringy-lacing off-white head. Has a sweet toasty dark caramel malty nose with a touch of bready yeast. Starts with light effervescence and sugary sweetness with a touch of light fruits before a thinner slightly warming finish. Could be a little more complex.

Countbeer (2852) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - JAN 9, 2013
Bottle: not one in the bird series, but the label has the same luxe looking paper as the other beers from this brewery. Had big expectations of this one an it did somewhat live up to it. Medium sized, vast and thick, slowly changing, snow white head on top Aroma is a bold mix of gass, creamy hay, roosvice, some raisin, gassy peach, figs, hint of manure, nail polish remover, creamy malts, creamy gass and light floral. Flavors of fruit, yeast, spices, alcohol, apricot, dried peach, hay, older hops, bitters, manure (like the smell), grass, some spices, cream, warmth, aticky and fairly thick. The aftertaste has lot of spicy tones with hay, fruits, yeast, floral tones, light bitter and a subtle warmth. Low to medium carbo, medium to full body, soft smooth good mouthfeel and a thick, light sticky and creamy texture. Very good beer. Man I like this brewery, they give every beer a magnifique texture, beautiful labels and many taste good. Viva la France!
