2015/04/19 - On tap at La Fine Mousse in Paris. Pours a cloudy orange colour with a thin, soapy, white head. Moderate lacing. Aroma is amazing. Cereal grain, floral notes, yeast, banana, citrus, honey, peach and cardamom. Taste is honey, citrus, peach, dough, spicy yeast, mild floral hops and a hint of alcohol. Mouthfeel is medium, with below average carbonation and a mildly sweet, drying aftertaste. Really liked the peach notes on this triple. 330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey, deep golden colour with huge, thick, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity malty and fruity hoppy aroma has a premonition of sweetness, floral overtones, hints of ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Bastien, Thanks @ home. Color: clear blond beer with medium carbonation and medium white foam. Smell: grassy and floral domination well balanced with malt. Notes of citrus. Taste: very typical triple style, good malt domination but with a great balance of grass and citrus. Notes of lemon. Aftertaste: malt and yeast finish with caramel and lemon.

Les trois 8, paris: pours orange with whitenhead. Aroma is honey and fruit and a good bit of yeast. Taste is rather sweet. Some bitterness is present and becomes more so in the aftertaste. Kind of spicy. Not bad but too sweet.

On tap at La Fine Mousse, Paris on 29th November 2014. Hazy copper with thick white decreasing foam and lacing. Sweet fruity aroma with apple and pear prominent. Pungent, earthy, yeasty and fruity in-mouth with sweet apple, citrus and caramel malt. Burnt molasses and toffee flavours in the finish. Rather a lot of sweetness. Zingy mouthfeel and a fair amount of body.

Bue à la pression à La Fine Mousse (Paris), couleur orange, mousse crémeuse, effervescence moyenne, une bière assez amère en début de bouche goût de pamplemousse...

Short White head with light hops aromas. Hazy light orange colored body with sediments. Warm in mouth with nice hops and malts. Pleasant balance and length. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey, deep golden colour with huge, thick, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Fruity malty and fruity hoppy aroma has a premonition of sweetness, floral overtones, hints of peach, a touch of blossom honey (Blütenhonig), some peppery yeasty spiciness. Taste is minimally bready malty, slightly fruity, spicy yeasty with a more than decent bitter hop component, hints of peach and mirabelle; slighly biting bitter hoppy and peppery spicy finish with additional herbal hoppy touch, cautious hints of alcohol. Accurately brewed triple with rather high, but literally complementary, very well matching bitter hop dosis; the Triple character is kept alive and is augmented with a real hop kick, without disturbing nor surpressing the multifaceted, gentle, accompanying flavours. This is a "bantam" masterpiece.

Tap @ L’Alibi (Paris). Hazy golden with a small white head and little lacing. Aroma is of fruity notes, moderate sweetness, Belgian yeast, spices and a little something off with the fermentation I think. Taste is sweet and fruity with spices, alcohol and a little something off here too. Medium body. Moderate carbonation. Spicy finish. Huge lack of balance here. Too spicy and sweet. Not easily drinkable.
