A damn nice one. It’s very close and similar to Triple Karmeliet both in look and taste, and it’s clearly not a bad aspect to me! Strong aroma of banana and lemon flavour, satisfying aftertaste and interesting alcohol level. It tends to be surprisingly easy to drink so be careful (note to myself). Very nice and definitely APPROVED BY TAVERNY’S BLACK METAL CREW!

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Slight haze orange gold colour with a lasting off white head. A decent Belgian strong. Not out of the ordinary, not star bursting, but it’s quite a sweet little thing. Some hop bitterness on the finish. Some esters on the aroma. A bit like a Duvel but maybe with a little more character. A little light pepper on the hop. I rather liked it. Ester and peppery. Good Belgian strong.

Bottle. Unclear golden in color with a white head. Malts and sweet tropical fruityness in aroma, some Belgian yeast too. Quite nice actually. Sweetish taste, some light nuttyness and bit of grassyness too. Bready finish.

A hazy golden beer with a huge yellwish head. The aroma has notes of malt, citrusy hops, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and citrusy hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Rond, équilibré, dominante de pêche. Léger surplus de levure qui pourrait à terme la rendre écoeurante. Maltage assez léger, houblonnage qui mériterait plus de tonus.

Bottle from Cave a Bulles. Pours hazy orange gold with a white head. Aroma is yeast and fruit. Med body. Flavor is mixed fruits, Belgian yeast/spice, maybe some slightly roasted malt. Finish produces even more fruit. Light stone fruits. It’s really quite tasty.

Buena.

UPDATED: JUL 5, 2015 2015/04/19 - On tap at La Fine Mousse in Paris. Pours a cloudy orange colour with a thin, soapy, white head. Moderate lacing. Aroma is amazing. Cereal grain, floral notes, yeast, banana, citrus, honey, peach and cardamom. Taste is honey, citrus, peach, dough, spicy yeast, mild floral hops and a hint of alcohol. Mouthfeel is medium, with below average carbonation and a mildly sweet, drying aftertaste. Really liked the peach notes on this triple. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
