Caged gusher. Slightly cloudy straw yellow with massive slow fading head. Lightly funky, bready, and lemon zest on the nose. Don’t get the persimmon or elder flowers, just a nice clean yet slightly funky saison.

Had at the BGoA Winter tasting. Pours a hazy yellow. Nice head. Yeasty and bready. Funky and bitter. Clean and crisp. Nice beer.

Yellow pour with a white head. The aroma has some strong biscuit and yeast notes. The flavor has a lot of orange and peach fruit notes as well as some biscuit and Belgian yeast. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Very nice saison.

Poured a light golden yellow color with aromas of light funk, citrus, light flowers and some persimmon. Flavors follow suit with light hay and funk in the aftertaste.

75cl bottle courtesy of the man himself, Bob, during the Cazeau-Saint Somewhere collab day 26/10/203 in Belgium.

Hazy golden tangerine pour with an ivory crown. Floral, grassy, peppery, and with lemon zest and earthiness. Some banana and clove. Medium mouthfeel.

750 from Binny’s I think. Cork shot right out of the bottle when the cage came off. But a nice, not too carbonated pour. Taste is big saison, honey, fruit. Apricot. I guess the persimmon and elder flower - whatever elder flower should taste like. Slightly dry and sweet. Nice.

Clear golden color with white foam. Tropical fruit, dry spice, dusty pale malt aromas. light body, average carbonation. Sweet tropical fruit flavors with some cracker malt, saison spices and ?? persimmon and elder flowers?? whatever it’s good
