Bottle at Churchkey shared with nate2g and some couple from Sarasota who hadn’t had it before. Hazy golden yellow color, white head. Nice aroma of funky apricot, peach, dusty grapes. Taste has dusty stone fruit and a decent helping of funk. Light body. Very tasty.

Tap. Poured clear yellow color with an average fizzy white head that was lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy yeast and sweet fruit aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy complex sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sour & sweet finish of moderate duration. Solid complex drinkable beer.

Pours murky yellow / orange with a white head. The aroma has stone fruit, soft herbs, farmhouse earthy yeast, floral notes, soft caramel and light mushiness. It has a medium crisp body with sharp carbonation. The flavor starts off as a drier version of the aroma and has spicy hops, phenolic spice and a charcoal taste that works even though it sounds like a bad thing. The finish is dry, sharp, crisp and has lots of earthy saison taste. Great saison.

Taste from a 750ml bottle at christmas party tasting. Hazy golden orange color. Thin off-white head, kind of bubbly. Kind of floral, lemony taste. Medium plus body, kind of a full feel. Smooth, kind of soft, slightly stronger carbonation, more dry finish. Yeasty aroma, mildly spicy, not bad. Light to moderate tart taste, moderate sweet. Mildly chalky, but not bad overall. Fun to sip.

Bottle. The look is cloudy, golden in color, and and a off white head. The smell is yeast, sugar, clove, and a warm fermented. The taste is sugary, tart, fruit, ok, and all right.
