(750ml bottle) cloudy orange with fine tan bubbles. Nose of Brett-C, lightly tart and funky, horseblanket, fruity, smells excellent and reminds of a Fantome. Taste of orange pulp, lightly funky, Brett-C, some tartness and caper berry influence. Well carbonated, dry, and excellent.

750 ml bottle poured a clear reddish amber with a lasting amber head. Aromas of carmel, yeast, fruittiness and light spice. Palate was medium bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, pear, yeast, light apple and light spice with a smooth lingering fruity finish.

I have had Cynthiana on tap and 750ml bottle - I liked the bottle slightly better - probably one of my favorite Saint Somewhere beers. crisp and semi dry - love it!

Interested to try this .. . pours an amber gold .. medium foam .. lacing is pretty darn good .. . yeast, grape skin, grape seed, and earth .. . somewhat sticky unpleasing finish .. . . No eating puzzles in the house and surely we don’t jump on the beds!

750 mL bottle. Pours a hazy orange with soapy beige head. The aroma is very vinous with some white pepper and coriander notes, a slight hint of white raisin, some floral qualities, and a distant leather note. The flavor resembles a lovely dry wine, but with a distinct musty malt character below the vinous grape and white raisin notes. The floral and spicy notes are subtle and quite complex. The finish is dry and a bit yeasty. This is quite good.

Bottle shared by Blazer06. Cheers, Zack! Pours a nice orange-copper color with a white head. Nose is a burst of grapes- scuppernogs and muscadines maybe? There is also some light malt and Belgian yeast in there as well. Flavor is similar- almost tasting like a sweet vinous beer with some light malt and Belgian yeast with hints of pepper. Light to medium in body and very nice overall.

Hazy orange copper with a full three-finger off-white head and nice thick lace. Citrus fruits up front on the nose, with hints of granny smiths and grapes, and a generous offering of Belgian yeast. Apple tartness accompanied by lemon, lime, tea, and black pepper. Light to medium body, effervescent carbonation, and a clean, super-crisp and dry finish.
