Bottle from Knightly. Exploding cork! At least not a gusher. But damn, as soon as I touch the cage this thing shoots out like a rocket. Bready and malty in the aroma with spices, melon and funky yeast. Amber color and pours with a huge fizzy head. Scattered thick lacing sticks to the glass. Some zesty champagne like flavors along with spicy hops, straw, belgian yeast, and plenty of plants and vegetation. Fairly dry with some sourness in there. It’s a bit odd at times, just not completely meshing it seems. Decent beer but I wasn’t overly excited with it.

Neat farmhouse starwberry aroma. Orange color, medium yellow head. Unripe strawberry and orange flavor. Harsh mouthfeel. Good amount of bret on the nose, but significantly less on the palate. Good beer, though.

The cork shot out as soon as I loosened the cage. Good thing I opened this outside. Cloudy brown, loos beige head. Smells great - sweet and sour and funky, with notes of melon and white wine. Really tasty stuff. Nice and light, not overbearing. Some woody flavors, some funky notes and a hint of spice. I could drink this all day.
