Pours a gorgeous hazy straw/yellow color with a huge bubbly white head. Very floral and spicy on the nose, wet grass, peppery, nice bit of brett funk, and some nice fruity esters. Nice bretty lemony taste up front, very floral, some piney hops, saison funk, and a nice peppery spice. Delicious, nice bretty funk goes great with the peppery and grassy spice.

Pours a murky copper golden color with moderate head. Aroma is off and reminiscent of poison. Very medicinal and like cleaning products also some herbal elements. Taste is straight vinegar and plastic and very very sweet. Really undrinkably bad. Crazy dissapointed in this one. Shouldnt use wild yeast if you cant control it to some degree.

Bottle pours slightly cloudy yellow with huge foamy head. Went downhill from there. Medicinal aroma with some spices. Taste matches with bandaids and spices. Nice crisp palate. Brief slightly fruity finish. A disappointment.

Pretty lame, tastes like sour apple juice. Vinegary and acetic, pretty terrible

Tap at Churchkey for the Craft Brewers Conference. Poured a golden color with a fluffy white head. Aroma is some floral notes, some pepper character. Flavor was yeast character, some pepper and flowers (I correctly guessed chamomile upon having it).

750mL from Tipples in Gainesville, FL. Pours a full haze, bright golden. Larger white head. Good lacing. Nose is very odd, as Nathan said: "The American Fantome." You never know what you’re gonna get. Well there is a ton of acetic acid/white vinegar and estery banana. So the bananas in vinegar combo is really off-putting. Thankfully as it breathes it dumps the white vinegar and gains chamomile, dandelion, garden herbs. Taste is very chalky, minty, yellow apple heavy. Palate is anywhere from saltwater buoyant to papery abrasive. Heavy dry potpourri character all around. Strange beer. Not sure what to think of it, but the chamomile is present and rosemary. House yeast strain is hit or miss.

Bottle - thanks Sean! Pours hazy golden yellow, gigantic overflowing white head that eventually dissipates with nice lacing. Aroma is funk, Brett, lemon, pineapple, herbs. Perhaps a bit of pepper, mostly cause I know its there. Flavor is the same, light sweet, light tart, light funk. Light body, champagne like carbonation. I liked this one, despite the fact the the cork came flying out the bottle and bounced off the ceiling as soon as I loosened the cage, and that my initial pour was 99% head. Most assuredly NOT Garbage Juice.

Unstoppable head with large bubbles and slopes and valleys of foam, like the aftermath of a snowstorm. Smell is a balance of apricot and peach, but faint. Taste is dry and sudsy with a background of citrus and honey, low carbonation. Excellent.
